Philippine Townships, Inc. (PHILTOWN)

Formed in 1995 as RFM Properties and Holdings, Incorporated (RPHI), the initial thrust of the company was to optimize the use of the land assets of food and beverage conglomerate RFM Corporation, its parent company. The strategy resulted in transforming the corporate properties to residential, commercial and industrial developments that were either sold or leased to third parties. To ensure the success of its first projects, RPHI drew on the experience of Sta.
